Ed & Megan's spoon

The finial and handle are made of recycled silver, probably from the pre-1935 dollars and pre-1919 sixpences sold to me by Godfrey before his untimely death. Godfrey had a stall in Cambridge market on Sundays, from where he dispensed his deep knowledge of antique silver and old coins. A dealer to his fingertips, he always gave good prices to those he liked or who stopped to learn from him
